    Breakdown of Fee Components

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to classroom instruction, library resources, laboratory facilities, and academic support services. It is fixed for the entire duration of the program and includes all necessary educational materials.

Hostel Rent: Students residing on campus must pay hostel rent, which varies based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost INR 45,000 per semester, while double occupancy rooms are priced at INR 35,000 per semester. All hostels provide amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry services, and security.

Mess Advance: The mess advance covers the cost of meals for one month and is adjusted monthly based on actual consumption. Students must pay an initial advance of INR 20,000 per semester, which is credited toward their monthly bills.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but highly recommended to ensure mutual aid within the university community.

Medical Fees: The annual medical fee covers basic healthcare services, including consultations with doctors and access to a campus health center. It is charged once per academic year.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees fund extracurricular activities, sports events, and cultural programs. They support student participation in competitions, workshops, and recreational activities that promote holistic development.

Examination Fees: Examination fees are levied for each semester's end-of-term assessments and include the cost of evaluation, result processing, and certification services.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Noble University Junagadh offers both single and double occupancy rooms in its hostels. The hostel facilities are equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, internet connectivity, study spaces, and 24-hour security.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students receive meal cards that allow them to access the cafeteria and dining halls throughout the day. The mess charges are adjusted based on actual consumption, ensuring fair payment for each student.

Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess service or those who travel home frequently. These rebates are calculated according to the number of days absent from campus and must be applied for in advance.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial assistance options for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees. Additionally, they receive full coverage for hostel charges and mess advances.
    • EWS Category: EWS students receive a 25% concession on tuition fees along with partial support for other components.
    • MCM (Maiden Child of Marginalized Community): MCM students are entitled to a 30% waiver on tuition fees and full coverage for hostel charges and mess advances.

Eligibility criteria for scholarships are based on family income, academic performance, and social background. Students must submit supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards for verification purposes.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT transfers to the university's designated account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with a late fee of 5% per month applicable beyond the due date.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students may apply for refunds according to the university's refund policy. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all necessary documents and clearance of dues.

The refund amount is calculated based on the proportion of fees paid versus the number of semesters completed. No refunds are issued for hostel charges or mess advances once the student has occupied a room or availed services.
