    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university maintains modern hostel facilities for both male and female students. Hostel rooms are designed to accommodate 2-4 students per room, depending on availability and preference.

    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 25,000/semester

    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

    Scholarship Categories:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for all components except examination fees.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession on tuition, hostel, and mess charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee concession on tuition and hostel charges.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    The eligibility for scholarships is determined based on income slabs:

    • Annual Income: Below INR 3 lakhs for general category students
    • Annual Income: Below INR 2 lakhs for SC/ST/PwD category students
    • Annual Income: Below INR 1.5 lakhs for EWS category students

    Applicants must submit income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents during the application process.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees are to be paid online through secure payment gateways. The payment deadlines are as follows:

    • First Installment: Before commencement of the semester
    • Second Installment: Mid-semester (if applicable)

    Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Students who fail to pay within the specified period may face restrictions on academic activities.

    Refund Policy:

    • Students withdrawing from the program must submit an official application and clearance from all departments.
    • Pro-rata refund of fees is processed within 30 days of withdrawal approval.
    • Refunds are credited to the student's bank account via NEFT/RTGS transfer.
    • No refund will be processed if the student has availed any scholarship or concession during the course period.
