    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of ₹500 per day is applied if payment is delayed beyond the deadline.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed for students withdrawing from the university after 30 days of admission, subject to deductions for administrative costs and hostel charges already incurred.

    The refund procedure requires students to submit a written application along with relevant documents such as transfer certificates or medical records. Refunds are typically processed within 60 working days from receipt of the complete documentation.
