    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for full fee waivers based on income criteria and valid certificates.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students receive partial fee concessions ranging from 50% to 75%, depending on family income slab.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): A special provision for students from minority communities, offering scholarships up to ₹10,000 per semester.

    To apply for any of these concessions, students must submit a detailed application along with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and disability certificate (for PwD).

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees can be paid online through secure payment gateways or offline via demand drafts, banker’s cheques, or cash at designated counters on campus. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable after 15 days of the due date.

    In case of withdrawal from the university, refund rules apply as follows:

    • Withdrawal within first two weeks: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal between third and fourth week: Refund of 75% after deducting fees
    • Withdrawal beyond fourth week: No refund is granted

    The university ensures timely processing of refunds, typically within 30 working days from the date of application submission.
