Fee Structure

Fee Components Explained

Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess charges are designed to provide nutritious meals to students. The mess operates on a prepaid system, where students pay an advance for the semester. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The payment deadline is usually one week before the start of the semester, and late payments are subject to a late fee of 500 INR per day.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund is given if the student withdraws before the start of the semester.
• Refund of 75% is given if the student withdraws within the first month of the semester.
• Refund of 50% is given if the student withdraws after the first month but before the end of the second month.
• No refund is given if the student withdraws after the end of the second month.

The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal and is credited to the student's bank account. Students are required to submit a withdrawal form and all necessary documents for the refund process.
