    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Full refund is given if the student withdraws before the start of the semester.
    • Refund of 75% is given if the student withdraws within the first month of the semester.
    • Refund of 50% is given if the student withdraws after the first month but before the end of the second month.
    • No refund is given if the student withdraws after the end of the second month.

    The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal and is credited to the student's bank account. Students are required to submit a withdrawal form and all necessary documents for the refund process.
