Mess advance is adjusted monthly based on consumption, with options for rebate policies for students staying in shared rooms or during vacation periods.

Hostel accommodations are categorized into:

• Semi-Deluxe Rooms: 2-occupancy rooms with attached bathrooms and Wi-Fi connectivity
• Deluxe Rooms: 1-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and additional amenities like AC units
• Single Occupancy: Exclusive rooms with all facilities including personal study spaces and high-speed internet

Mess charges are structured to accommodate diverse dietary needs, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available throughout the week. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their preferences and budget.

Fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships are available for:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel rent with partial reimbursement of mess charges
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full subsidy on hostel rent
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% discount on all fees with eligibility for additional financial aid based on income slabs

Applications for financial assistance must be submitted through the official portal along with supporting documents like caste certificates, income proofs, and family details.

The payment procedures are straightforward:

• Payments can be made online via net banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI
• Due dates are set for the beginning of each semester with a grace period of 10 days
• Late fees are charged at ₹500 per day beyond the due date

The refund policy allows students to claim refunds upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
