Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, library access, and administrative costs. It is revised annually based on inflation and infrastructure development needs.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or shared rooms with amenities such as Wi-Fi, electricity, and cleaning services.

Mess Advance: A prepayment for meals provided by the university's catering department. Students can adjust this amount based on their consumption patterns.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships through scholarships, emergency grants, and welfare programs.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services including routine check-ups, consultations, and medications provided by the university hospital.

Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports facilities, and cultural events organized by student unions.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers both single and shared accommodation options in modern hostels equipped with essential amenities. Hostel rooms are categorized into three types: Single Occupancy (₹20,000/month), Double Occupancy (₹15,000/month), and Triple Occupancy (₹10,000/month).

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with students paying in advance for the upcoming month. Meals are served at designated times, and dietary preferences can be accommodated upon request. Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they leave campus temporarily or do not consume meals regularly.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial assistance schemes to deserving students based on income criteria and merit. Eligibility for these benefits includes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and partial concession in hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fee and full waiver of hostel charges.
    • MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): Full waiver of tuition fee and partial concession in hostel charges for top-performing students.

The application process involves submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and academic records. Students must also maintain a minimum CGPA of 7.5 to qualify for merit-based scholarships.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within the specified deadline to avoid late payment penalties. Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on outstanding amounts, with maximum limits set by the university authorities.

Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the program or in cases of transfer to another institution. The refund policy specifies that 90% of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting administrative charges and any applicable penalties. Students must submit a written application along with supporting documents for refund requests, which are reviewed by the finance department before approval.
