Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

• Withdrawal within first two weeks: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal between second and fourth week: Refund of 80% minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal beyond fourth week: No refund

Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 45 days of submission of withdrawal request.
