    Application Process

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline, with no exceptions allowed beyond 15 days.

    Late Fee Calculation

    • Up to 10 Days Late: ₹500/day
    • 11–20 Days Late: ₹1000/day
    • More Than 20 Days Late: ₹1500/day + administrative charges

    Refund Rules

    • Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund if withdrawn before joining.
    • Withdrawal After Admission: Refund of tuition fee minus ₹2000 administrative charges.
    • Partial Refunds: For hostel fees, a pro-rated refund is provided upon official withdrawal.

    Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of application and are transferred to the student's bank account. No refunds are issued for mess or examination fees once paid.
