Mess Advance: An advance payment is required for mess services to cover meals for the entire semester. The mess billing system operates monthly, with adjustments made based on attendance and consumption patterns.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected towards student welfare initiatives, including scholarships, medical assistance, and emergency support programs.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through the official university portal using net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfer. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until full payment is made.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days after withdrawal from the program, subject to certain deductions such as administrative charges and outstanding dues.

The university follows strict refund guidelines to ensure transparency and accountability in financial transactions. Students must submit a formal request along with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.
