    Detailed Fee Breakdown

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources including lectures, seminars, laboratory sessions, and online learning materials. It is collected at the beginning of each semester.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis with common bathrooms and study areas. The rent includes basic amenities such as furniture, bedding, and utilities.

Mess Advance: Students are required to pay an advance for meals during the semester. This amount is adjusted at the end of the academic year based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare activities, including health check-ups, cultural events, and extracurricular programs.

Medical Fees: Covers access to campus medical facilities, including consultations with doctors and basic diagnostic services. Additional charges may apply for specialized treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to gymnasiums, sports facilities, and recreational activities aimed at promoting physical fitness among students.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including question paper preparation, evaluation, and result declaration.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers modern hostel facilities with twin-sharing rooms equipped with air conditioning, internet connectivity, and study desks. Each room has a shared bathroom and common area for social interaction.

Mess charges are inclusive of three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) served in the campus cafeteria. Students can choose from various menu options including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special dietary plans for those with allergies or preferences.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they do not consume meals during certain periods due to academic commitments or travel. Late arrivals are charged at standard meal rates unless prior approval is obtained from the hostel administration.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides fee waivers and concessions for students belonging to SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM categories. The eligibility criteria are based on income slabs as per government guidelines.

Students who score above 90% in their qualifying examination may be eligible for partial fee discounts. Additionally, those with outstanding achievements in sports or extracurricular activities can apply for merit-based scholarships.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proof, and academic transcripts to the finance department. Approved candidates receive financial assistance in the form of direct credit to their accounts or waiver of specific fees.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made through online transfer or demand draft issued by banks. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late fees are charged for delayed submissions. The exact date for payment is announced at the start of each semester.

If a student withdraws from the university during the academic year, a refund policy applies. Refunds are calculated based on the number of days attended and are processed within 60 days of withdrawal. Deductions include administrative charges and any outstanding dues.
