Application process involves submitting necessary documents via the official portal, followed by verification by the finance department. Scholarships are awarded based on merit, family income, and special circumstances.
Payments must be made before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹100/day until full payment is received. Refunds are processed only upon formal withdrawal from the institution after due diligence.
If a student withdraws during the first month, 90% of fees are refunded. Between the second and fourth month, 70% is refunded. After four months, no refunds are issued unless under exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation.
