Detailed Narrative Explanation of Fee Components

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to lectures, study materials, laboratory sessions, and administrative services. It is divided into two semesters, with payment due before the start of each semester.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation is provided in well-furnished hostels with single, double, or triple occupancy rooms. Rent varies based on room type and includes utilities such as electricity and internet access.

Mess Advance: A one-time mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses for the entire academic year. Students can adjust their mess charges at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and help sustain welfare initiatives within the campus.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations, vaccinations, and minor treatments provided by the on-campus medical center.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities, sports facilities, and cultural events organized by student clubs and societies.

Examination Fees: Covers costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation offers a comfortable living environment with modern amenities. Rooms are categorized as follows:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹15,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹25,000 per semester

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with meals provided according to dietary preferences. Students can opt for vegetarian or non-vegetarian options, and adjustments are made based on consumption.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance schemes are available for eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees

Eligibility for these concessions is determined based on income slabs and category certificates issued by authorized bodies. Applications must be submitted during the admission process or within the first month of joining.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day until the due date is met.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are as follows:

    • Before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Between 16-30 days: 90% refund
    • After 30 days: No refund

The refund process is initiated within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request and necessary documentation.
