    Detailed Fee Components

    Scholarship Categories

    1. SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for 100% tuition fee waiver with additional support in hostel charges and mess fees.
    2. EWS Category: Students from Economically Weaker Sections are eligible for 50% tuition fee concession along with partial support in other charges.
    3. MCM Category: Merit Cum Means category students who demonstrate both academic excellence and financial need are eligible for 25% tuition fee concession.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Income Slab: Students from families with annual income below INR 3 lakh are eligible for various concessions
    • Academic Performance: Minimum 75% aggregate in 12th grade is required for merit-based scholarships
    • Residence: Students must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh or have valid residence certificates

    Application Process

    Students interested in applying for fee concessions or scholarships must submit the following documents:

    • Income certificate from local authority
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)
    • Passport-size photographs
    • Academic records and certificates
    • Admission letter from the university

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    The payment procedures for fees are designed to be convenient and transparent:

    1. Payment Methods: Fees can be paid through online banking, net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft
    2. Deadlines: Payment must be made within 15 days of the commencement of the semester
    3. Late Fee: A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments

    The refund policy is as follows:

    • Withdrawal Refund: Students who withdraw from the program are eligible for refund after deducting administrative charges and hostel fees
    • Partial Refund: For students who leave during the semester, a proportionate refund is provided based on the number of days attended
    • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal request
