Hostel Rent: Accommodation in the college hostel is provided at a fixed monthly rate. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms depending on availability and preferences.

Mess Advance: A one-time mess advance fee covers the cost of meals for the entire semester. This amount is adjusted at the end of the academic year based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to foster a supportive community environment.

Medical Fees: Covers access to medical facilities within the campus, including consultations with doctors and basic diagnostic tests.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Room Types:

• Single Occupancy: Private room with attached bathroom facilities.

Mess charges are collected as an advance payment for the entire semester. The mess operates on a daily basis with meals served at fixed times. Students can opt for vegetarian or non-vegetarian options based on their dietary preferences.

Rebate Policies: Students staying outside the campus during holidays are eligible for rebates on hostel rent and mess charges. Applications for rebates must be submitted to the hostel office before the commencement of each semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Radharaman Engineering College Bhopal offers various financial assistance schemes to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are entitled to a 100% waiver on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
• MCM Category: A partial concession is available for students from minority communities.

Additionally, merit-based scholarships are awarded to top-performing students in each academic year. The selection criteria include academic performance, extracurricular achievements, and leadership qualities.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid through various modes including online banking, debit/credit cards, NEFT/RTGS transfers, or cash payments at designated counters within the college premises. All transactions must be completed before the specified deadline to avoid late fees.

Late Fee Calculation: For overdue payments, a late fee of Rs. 500 per day is charged until full payment is received. Students are advised to complete payments promptly to avoid penalties and administrative complications.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to the guidelines set by the college administration and applicable government regulations. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing with supporting documents and are subject to approval by the finance department.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students may be eligible for a partial refund based on the number of semesters completed and the extent of services availed. The refund process is initiated after final clearance from all departments including hostel, library, and examination cells.
