    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    Late Fee Calculations

    A late fee of 5% per month is applicable for payments made after the due date. The late fee is calculated based on the outstanding amount and the number of days of delay.

    Refund Rules

    • Refund of tuition fee is 80% if the withdrawal is made before the end of the first semester.
    • Refund of tuition fee is 60% if the withdrawal is made after the end of the first semester but before the end of the second semester.
    • No refund is provided for hostel charges and other fees after the first semester.
