    Fee Components

    Each component of the fee structure is detailed below:

    Tuition Fee

    The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to campus facilities. It includes access to libraries, laboratories, and online resources.

    Hostel Rent

    Hostel rent covers accommodation in university dormitories. The hostel facilities include single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with basic amenities.

    Mess Advance

    The mess advance covers the cost of meals for the semester. Students are required to pay a mess advance at the beginning of each semester.

    Student Benevolent Fund

    This fund supports students in need and provides financial assistance for emergencies and special needs.

    Medical Fees

    The medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center.

    Gymkhana Fees

    This fee covers access to sports facilities and recreational activities.

    Examination Fees

    The examination fees cover the cost of conducting semester exams and assessments.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university provides hostel facilities for students, with various room types available:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 150,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 150,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 150,000 per semester

    The mess billing system is straightforward, with students required to pay a monthly mess advance. The advance is adjusted at the end of the semester based on the actual consumption.

    Rebate policies are available for students who do not use the mess facility for a certain period. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days the student is absent from the mess.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers various financial aid options to students based on their economic background and academic performance:

    Eligibility Criteria

    • SC/ST/PwD Students: Income up to INR 200,000 per annum
    • EWS Students: Income up to INR 400,000 per annum
    • MCM Students: Income up to INR 300,000 per annum

    Application Process

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    The payment of fees must be completed before the start of each semester. The payment can be made online or through a bank transfer. The university provides detailed instructions on the payment process on its website.

    Payment Deadlines

    Students must pay the fees by the specified deadline to avoid late fees. The deadline is usually 10 days after the start of the semester.

    Late Fee Calculation

    A late fee of INR 1,000 per day is applicable if the fees are not paid by the deadline.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Withdrawal before 30 days of the start of the semester: 100% refund
    • Withdrawal between 30-60 days of the start of the semester: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 60 days of the start of the semester: No refund

    The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal.
