    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Income Slabs

    • SC/ST/PwD: Income up to ₹3 lakh per annum
    • EWS: Income up to ₹6 lakh per annum

    Benefits

    Students who qualify for fee waivers receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees. Concessions are available for hostel rent, mess charges, and other fees, with varying percentages based on income slabs.

    Application Process

    Students must fill out an application form and submit the required documents to the finance department. The application is reviewed by a committee, and eligible students are notified via email or SMS.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    Students must complete the payment process within the specified deadline, which is usually one week after the start of the semester. Late payments are subject to a penalty of ₹500 per day.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Withdrawal before 15 days of semester commencement: 100% refund
    • Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: 50% refund

    The refund process is initiated within 30 days of the withdrawal request, subject to verification of documents and payment records.
