    Mess Advance

    The mess advance is a pre-paid amount that covers the cost of meals for the entire semester. The mess provides a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring that students have access to nutritious and balanced meals.

    Student Benevolent Fund

    The student benevolent fund is a contribution towards the welfare of students, supporting initiatives such as scholarships, medical assistance, and emergency aid. This fund ensures that students have access to support during times of need.

    Medical Fees

    Gymkhana Fees

    Mess Billing System

    The mess billing system is designed to be transparent and convenient. Students pay a mess advance at the beginning of the semester, which is adjusted based on the number of meals consumed. The mess provides a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with options for special dietary requirements.

    Rebate Policies

    Students who are absent from the hostel for a certain number of days may be eligible for a rebate on their hostel rent. The rebate policy is as follows:

    • Up to 3 days: No rebate
    • 4-7 days: 10% rebate
    • 8-14 days: 20% rebate
    • More than 14 days: 30% rebate

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD: 50% waiver on tuition fee
    • EWS: 25% waiver on tuition fee
    • MCM: 10% waiver on tuition fee

    Refund Rules

    • Withdrawal before 15 days: 90% refund
    • Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 70% refund
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: 50% refund
    • Withdrawal after 60 days: No refund

    Refunds are processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request and are credited to the student's bank account.
