    Fee Components

    The fee structure includes several components that contribute to the overall cost of education:

    Tuition Fee

    The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, including access to lecture halls, libraries, and academic resources. It is designed to ensure that students receive high-quality education from experienced faculty members.

    Hostel Rent

    Medical Fees

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers several fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver
    • EWS Category: 50% fee waiver
    • MCM Category: 25% fee concession

    The eligibility criteria for these financial aids are based on income slabs and other qualifying factors. Students must submit the necessary documents to claim the benefits.

    Scholarships are also available for meritorious students. The university awards scholarships based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and leadership qualities.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    The payment of fees is done through online banking or NEFT/RTGS. Students are required to pay the fees within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees.

    Students who fail to pay the fees on time are subject to late fees. The late fee is calculated at 1% per month on the outstanding amount.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Before 15 days of commencement: 100% refund
    • Between 15 and 30 days: 75% refund
    • After 30 days: No refund

    The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal application. Students are required to submit the necessary documents for the refund process.

    The university also provides installment options for students who face financial difficulties. The installment plan allows students to pay the fees in monthly installments over a period of six months.

    Overall, the fee structure is designed to be transparent and accessible, ensuring that students from all backgrounds can pursue their education without financial barriers.
