    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    Refund Rules

    • Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund within 15 working days.
    • Withdrawal After Admission: Refund of tuition fee minus Rs. 2000 processing charges.
    • Hostel Refund: Pro-rata refund for remaining months if a student leaves mid-semester.

    Mode of Payment

    Fees can be paid through online banking, net banking, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. A receipt is generated immediately upon successful payment, which should be retained for future reference.
