    Fee Components Explained

    Gymkhana Fees: Funds recreational activities, sports events, and cultural programs organized by student councils.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel facility at RKDF INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT offers a variety of room types to suit different preferences and budgets. Students can choose between single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy rooms with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC, and study tables.

    Room Types:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹2500/month (includes all utilities)
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹1800/month (shared with one roommate)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹1200/month (shared with two roommates)

    The mess charges are structured to accommodate dietary preferences and ensure nutritional balance. Meals are served in a hygienic environment, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available for each meal.

    Mess Billing System:

    • Advance payment of ₹10,000 per semester is required at the start of each term.
    • Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of the semester.
    • Rebate policies allow students who do not consume meals during specific days to receive partial refunds.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    RKDF INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT offers several financial assistance options to eligible students. These include merit-based scholarships, need-based concessions, and special provisions for reserved categories.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: 100% waiver on tuition fees and full reimbursement of hostel charges.
    • EWS Category Students: 50% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Students): 30% waiver on tuition fees and 20% concession on hostel charges.

    Application Process:

    1. Students must submit an online application form along with supporting documents.
    2. Documents include income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and bank account details.
    3. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee within two weeks of submission.
    4. Selected students receive a notification via email or SMS with further instructions.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines:

    • Each semester, fees must be paid before the start of classes to avoid late penalties.
    • Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
    • Online payment portals are accessible 24/7 during the fee collection period.

    Late Fee Calculation:

    • For late payments beyond 10 days, a penalty of ₹500 per day is applied.
    • Maximum penalty cannot exceed 10% of total fees for that semester.

    Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are processed within 30 working days after withdrawal from the institution.
    • Students must submit a formal request along with the original receipt and academic records.
    • Partial refunds may be granted for unused portions of hostel or mess charges if the student leaves before completing the semester.
