    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid within 7 days of issuing the fee notice. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹100 per day until clearance is made.

    Late Fee Calculations

    • Up to 7 days late: No additional charges
    • 8–14 days late: ₹500 penalty
    • 15–21 days late: ₹1000 penalty
    • Over 21 days late: ₹2000 penalty

    Refund Rules

    Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the institution. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges and any pending dues. Refunds are credited within 45 days of application submission.
