    Detailed Fee Components

    Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses. The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with adjustments made based on actual consumption and attendance.

    Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare activities, scholarships, and emergency support services provided by the institute.

    Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services including consultations, medicines, and diagnostic tests available within the campus health center.

    Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports facilities, cultural events, and student clubs. These fees help fund fitness programs, tournaments, and recreational activities.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees must be paid online through the official payment gateway or via NEFT/RTGS transfer to the designated bank account. Payment deadlines are set for the first week of each semester, with a grace period of 7 days for late payments.

    Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of ₹1,000 per day is applicable after the deadline until full payment is received.

    Refund Policy: Refunds are processed in accordance with university guidelines and institute regulations. Applications for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of withdrawal or completion of studies. Refundable amounts include tuition fees, hostel rent (if vacated early), and mess charges adjusted based on actual consumption.

    Students who wish to withdraw from the program must follow a formal process involving submission of withdrawal forms, clearance of dues, and approval by academic authorities. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges and penalties as per policy guidelines.
