Fee Structure Overview

The total fee for the Surveying program at S S S S S P U Government Polytechnic is Rs 150,000 per annum. The fee structure is broken down into various components as follows:

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities are available in different room types to accommodate varying needs:

• Single Occupancy Room: Rs 25,000 per month including utilities and basic amenities.
• Double Occupancy Room: Rs 18,000 per month shared between two students.
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs 15,000 per month shared among three students.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with meals included in the advance payment. Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Several scholarships and fee concessions are offered to deserving students based on income slabs and category:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to these categories.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees.
• MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fees.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The selection is done based on merit and financial need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs 500 per day until full payment is received.

In case of withdrawal, the refund policy stipulates that 90% of the fees will be refunded after deducting administrative charges and hostel maintenance costs. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of the withdrawal request.
