    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 25,000 per semester

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance payment basis with options for meal plans and dietary preferences. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess facility or face unforeseen circumstances.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial concession on hostel rent.
    • EWS Category Students: 50% waiver on tuition fee and full concession on hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% waiver on tuition fee with full concession on hostel rent.

    The application process involves submitting a detailed income certificate and category certificate along with the fee payment form. Detailed eligibility criteria and benefit amounts are communicated during orientation sessions.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late fees are applicable beyond the specified date. Refunds are processed according to university guidelines upon withdrawal or transfer from the institution, subject to deductions for administrative charges and pending dues.
