    Tuition Fee (INR 75,000 per semester)

    The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to academic resources including digital libraries, online platforms, and research tools. It also includes access to faculty support, career counseling, and industry interaction programs.

    Hostel Rent (INR 30,000 per semester)

    The hostel rent is applicable for all students residing on campus. The fee covers accommodation in shared rooms, maintenance of common areas, utilities, and security services. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms.

    Mess Advance (INR 10,000 per semester)

    The mess advance is a prepayment for meals during the semester. The mess system offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served in a hygienic environment with regular quality checks.

    Student Benevolent Fund (INR 5,000 per semester)

    This fund supports students facing financial difficulties by providing emergency assistance for medical expenses, personal emergencies, or academic needs. Applications for this fund are reviewed by the Student Welfare Committee.

    Medical Fees (INR 3,000 per semester)

    The medical fee covers access to on-campus healthcare services, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and emergency care. Students also receive coverage under the college’s health insurance scheme for routine check-ups and preventive care.

    Gymkhana Fees (INR 2,000 per semester)

    This fee supports sports and recreational activities on campus. It includes access to gym facilities, indoor games, outdoor sports, cultural events, and fitness programs organized by the student union.

    Examination Fees (INR 1,000 per semester)

    The examination fee covers the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams, evaluation processes, and result publishing. It also includes access to online grade reports and academic transcripts.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Students can opt for hostel accommodation upon admission. The college offers three types of rooms:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 15,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 10,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 7,000 per semester

    The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle. Students are required to pay an advance for the first month, and subsequent bills are generated at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

    Mess Billing System

    Each student receives a unique mess card that is linked to their account. Meals are recorded using this card, and the system generates daily and monthly bills. Students can track their consumption through an online portal provided by the college.

    Rebate Policies

    Students who are absent for more than three consecutive days due to medical emergencies or other valid reasons may apply for a rebate. The rebate is processed after verification by the hostel authorities and is credited back to the student’s account.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The college provides various financial aid options for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Concession: 50% concession in tuition fee for eligible categories
    • EWS Concession: 25% concession in tuition fee for eligible categories
    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges

    The eligibility criteria for each category are as follows:

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students can make fee payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the due date.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within first month: Full refund minus processing charges of INR 500
    • Withdrawal between 1-3 months: 75% refund after deducting processing charges
    • Withdrawal beyond 3 months: No refund is processed

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal request. Students must ensure that all dues, including hostel and mess charges, are cleared before the refund process begins.
