Fee Structure

The total fee for the Agriculture program at Sam Global University Bhopal is Rs. 12,00,000 for the entire duration of four years. The fee structure is broken down into semester-wise payments to ensure financial planning and ease of payment.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 40,000 per semester (includes basic amenities)
• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 35,000 per semester (includes basic amenities)
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 30,000 per semester (includes basic amenities)

The mess charges are calculated based on the number of days a student stays in the hostel. The monthly mess bill ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 depending on the room type and meal preferences.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to deserving students based on their academic performance, financial background, and other criteria:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories are eligible for a 50% waiver in tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Students from EWS category receive a 25% waiver in tuition fees.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Students with MCM certificate receive a 30% waiver in tuition fees.
• Academic Excellence Scholarships: Top performers in each semester are awarded scholarships ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 50,000 per semester.
• Need-based Scholarships: Financial aid is provided to students with demonstrated financial need based on their family income and other factors.

The application process for these financial aids involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. The university has a dedicated scholarship committee that reviews applications and disburses funds accordingly.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make payments through online banking or other digital payment methods. The payment deadline is usually one week before the start of each semester. Late fees are charged at 5% per month on overdue amounts.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Before 15 days of admission: Full refund will be provided after deducting administrative charges.
• Between 15-30 days of admission: 50% refund will be provided after deducting administrative charges.
• After 30 days of admission: No refund will be provided.

The university also provides a facility for students to apply for financial assistance in case of unforeseen circumstances, ensuring that no student is deprived of education due to financial constraints.
