    • Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting end-of-semester examinations, including evaluation, grading, and result declaration. Students are billed separately for practical exams if applicable.
    • Other Charges: Includes expenses related to textbooks, lab materials, and additional academic resources required for course completion.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Refunds are processed according to the following rules:

    • Withdrawal Before Start of Semester: Full refund is provided if withdrawal occurs before the commencement of the semester.
    • Withdrawal After Start of Semester: Refund is calculated after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 5,000 and administrative charges.
    • Transfer to Another Institution: Refund is processed only if the student receives an official letter from the receiving institution confirming acceptance.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 30 working days of submission. In case of disputes, students can escalate the matter to the finance department or the principal's office for resolution.
