Fee Structure

The fee structure for the Agriculture program at Shri Jagdish Prasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University Jhunjhunu is comprehensive and includes several components to cover the costs of education, accommodation, and other facilities.

Fee Components

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel options with different amenities and room types. The hostel charges are as follows:

• Single Occupancy Room: 15,000 INR per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: 12,000 INR per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: 10,000 INR per semester
• Quad Occupancy Room: 8,000 INR per semester

The mess charges are fixed at 30,000 INR per semester, which includes three meals a day for 15 days. The charges are adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waivers and concessions to students based on their financial background and academic performance:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver
• EWS Category: 50% fee waiver
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% fee waiver

Students must submit the required documents to the finance department to avail of these concessions. The eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and other relevant factors.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make the payment of fees within the specified deadline. The payment can be made online through the university's portal or through offline modes such as demand draft and cash.

The university has a clear refund policy for students who withdraw from the program. The refund is processed within 30 days of the withdrawal, subject to the deduction of applicable fees and penalties.

Students must submit a written application for withdrawal along with the necessary documents. The refund is calculated based on the number of semesters completed and the fees paid.
