Fee Component Details

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to university facilities. It is paid per semester and includes access to all courses, laboratories, and academic support services.

Hostel Rent: The hostel rent covers accommodation in university-hosted dormitories. The hostel provides comfortable living conditions with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, and common areas. Students can choose between single, double, and triple occupancy rooms.

Mess Advance: The mess advance covers the cost of meals during the semester. The university provides three meals per day in its campus mess facilities. The mess offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring balanced nutrition for students.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties and provides assistance for academic and personal needs. Contributions are voluntary and help create a supportive environment for all students.

Medical Fees: The medical fees cover access to on-campus health services and emergency medical care. The university has a well-equipped medical center with qualified doctors and nurses available for student health needs.

Gymkhana Fees: The gymkhana fees support the maintenance of sports facilities and recreational activities. Students have access to gymnasiums, sports courts, and recreational centers for physical fitness and relaxation.

Examination Fees: The examination fees cover the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams and evaluation processes. These fees ensure that students have access to fair and standardized assessment procedures.

Other Charges: Additional charges include administrative costs, library fees, and miscellaneous expenses related to student services and facilities.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides hostel accommodation for students, with different room types and pricing options. Single occupancy rooms cost 30,000 INR per semester, double occupancy rooms cost 20,000 INR, and triple occupancy rooms cost 15,000 INR. Hostel facilities include 24/7 security, internet connectivity, and maintenance services.

The mess system offers three meals per day with a variety of options. Students pay a monthly advance of 20,000 INR, which covers meals for the entire semester. The mess provides balanced nutrition with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring that students maintain good health.

Rebate policies are available for students who are absent for specific reasons such as medical emergencies or family issues. Students can apply for rebates by submitting relevant documents and obtaining approval from the hostel authorities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers and concessions for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include family income, caste, and other factors. Students can apply for scholarships through the university's financial aid portal.

SC/ST/PwD students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees, while EWS students receive a 25% concession. MCM (Minority Community Members) students are eligible for a 10% concession. Students must provide income certificates and other relevant documents to qualify for these concessions.

Scholarships are available for meritorious students based on academic performance and other achievements. The university provides merit-based scholarships ranging from 25% to 100% of tuition fees. Students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 7.5 to qualify for these scholarships.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must make payments by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. The university provides a detailed payment schedule with due dates for each fee component.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month for overdue payments. Students are advised to make payments on time to avoid additional charges. The university provides payment reminders through email and SMS notifications.

Refund policies are applicable for students who withdraw from the program or transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the withdrawal application, subject to the deduction of applicable fees and charges. Students must submit a formal withdrawal application and relevant documents for refund processing.
