    Medical Fees: The medical fees cover access to on-campus health services and emergency medical care. The university has a well-equipped medical center with qualified doctors and nurses available for student health needs.

    Gymkhana Fees: The gymkhana fees support the maintenance of sports facilities and recreational activities. Students have access to gymnasiums, sports courts, and recreational centers for physical fitness and relaxation.

    Examination Fees: The examination fees cover the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams and evaluation processes. These fees ensure that students have access to fair and standardized assessment procedures.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

Single occupancy rooms cost 30,000 INR per semester, double occupancy rooms cost 20,000 INR, and triple occupancy rooms cost 15,000 INR. Hostel facilities include 24/7 security, internet connectivity, and maintenance services.

    The mess system offers three meals per day with a variety of options. Students pay a monthly advance of 20,000 INR, which covers meals for the entire semester. The mess provides balanced nutrition with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring that students maintain good health.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Refund policies are applicable for students who withdraw from the program or transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the withdrawal application, subject to the deduction of applicable fees and charges. Students must submit a formal withdrawal application and relevant documents for refund processing.
