Hostel Rent: The hostel rent covers the cost of accommodation and maintenance of the hostel facilities. The college provides comfortable and secure accommodation for students.

Mess Advance: The mess advance covers the cost of meals provided by the college. The mess is designed to provide nutritious and hygienic food to students.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students who face financial difficulties. It is used to provide assistance for medical emergencies, academic needs, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Medical Fees: The medical fees cover the cost of healthcare services provided by the college's medical center. Students have access to basic medical care and emergency services.

Gymkhana Fees: The gymkhana fees support the maintenance of the college's gym and recreational facilities. Students can use these facilities for physical fitness and recreation.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Single Room: INR 15,000 per semester
• Double Room: INR 10,000 per semester
• Triple Room: INR 8,000 per semester

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to students based on their financial background and academic performance. The eligibility criteria for each category are as follows:

SC/ST/PwD Category

Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver. The eligibility is determined based on the caste certificate or disability certificate issued by the government.

EWS Category

Students from the EWS category are eligible for a 25% fee concession. The eligibility is determined based on the income certificate issued by the government.

MCM Category

Students from the MCM (Minority Community) category are eligible for a 10% fee concession. The eligibility is determined based on the minority community certificate issued by the government.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Procedures: Students must complete the payment of fees within the specified deadline. The payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. The college provides a detailed payment receipt for each transaction.

Refund Policy: In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Refund is processed within 30 days of withdrawal
• Processing fees of 10% are deducted from the refund amount
• Refund is credited to the student's bank account

Late Fee: A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payment of fees. The late fee is calculated on a daily basis until the payment is made.
