Hostel & Mess Charges

The college provides hostel facilities for students, with different room types available to accommodate varying needs:

• Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 20,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 15,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 10,000 per semester

The mess facility offers a variety of meals, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The mess advance is Rs. 10,000 per semester, which is refundable upon leaving the hostel. The mess billing system is managed by the hostel administration, and students are billed monthly.

Rebate policies are available for students who are absent from the hostel for a specified period. Students must submit an application for rebate, and the amount is adjusted based on the number of days of absence.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various financial assistance options to students who qualify for fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships:

• SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver.
• EWS: Students from EWS backgrounds are eligible for a 50% fee concession.
• MCM: Students from minority communities are eligible for a 25% fee concession.

The eligibility criteria for these financial aids are based on income slabs and other qualifying factors. Students must submit the necessary documents to apply for these benefits. The application process is conducted through the college portal, and the results are announced after verification.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to make payments for the fees by the specified deadlines. The payment procedures are as follows:

• Online Payment: Students can make payments through the college's online portal using credit/debit cards or net banking.
• Bank Transfer: Payments can also be made through bank transfers to the college's designated account.
• Cash Payment: Cash payments are accepted at the college's cashier counter, subject to a processing fee.

Students must ensure that payments are made on time to avoid late fees. The late fee is calculated at 1% per month on the outstanding amount. In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for a refund of fees, subject to the refund policy.

The refund policy is as follows:

• Withdrawal before 15 days: 100% refund of fees
• Withdrawal between 15-30 days: 80% refund of fees
• Withdrawal after 30 days: 50% refund of fees

The refund process is initiated after the withdrawal application is approved, and the refund is processed within 30 days of approval.
