    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of the semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500/day until the dues are cleared.

    Installment Plan

    Students can opt for an installment plan where the total fee is divided into two equal parts, payable at the beginning and midpoint of each semester.

    Refund Rules

    • Withdrawal Before Admission: Refund of 100% of paid fees if withdrawal occurs before the start of the academic year.
    • Withdrawal During Academic Year: Refund of 90% of paid fees if withdrawal occurs within the first month. After one month, refunds are limited to 75% of fees.
    • Non-Attendance: No refund is granted for non-attendance without valid reasons or medical certificates.

    The university ensures timely processing of refunds through bank transfers and maintains detailed records of all financial transactions for transparency and accountability.
