    Each component is explained below:

    • Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory facilities, library access, and administrative costs. It is fixed annually and subject to approval by the university administration.
    • Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities like bed, study table, chair, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.
    • Mess Advance: Prepaid meal charges covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the semester. Adjustments are made at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: A voluntary contribution towards supporting financially disadvantaged students and organizing campus events.
    • Medical Fees: Covers routine medical check-ups, basic treatments, and access to the university health center.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Funds activities related to sports, fitness, and extracurricular programs within the campus.
    • Examination Fees: Paid for conducting internal assessments, end-of-term exams, and re-evaluation processes.

    The hostel and mess charges are detailed below:

    • Hostel Rooms: Single occupancy rooms cost ₹10,000/month, while double occupancy rooms are priced at ₹7,000/month. All rooms come with AC, Wi-Fi, study tables, chairs, and wardrobes.
    • Mess Billing System: Students pay a fixed monthly advance of ₹8,000 for meals. Actual billing is done monthly based on consumption, with adjustments made accordingly.
    • Rebate Policies: Students who miss meals due to valid reasons (illness, travel) can claim rebates after submitting medical certificates or travel proofs.

    Fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships are available for eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and 50% rebate on hostel rent with full coverage of mess charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and 30% rebate on hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial support for hostel rent.

    Eligibility criteria include income slabs and academic performance. Applications are submitted through the university portal with necessary documentation. The process includes verification, approval, and disbursement of funds.

    The payment procedures involve online transactions via net banking or credit/debit cards. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Refund policies allow withdrawals within two weeks of registration, subject to deductions for administrative charges and hostel fees.
