    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The mess billing system is based on monthly consumption, with an initial advance payment required upon joining. Rebate policies apply for students who stay for the entire academic year or complete their studies within the stipulated time.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments incur a fixed penalty of ₹500 per month beyond the due date. Students must adhere to strict deadlines to avoid academic disruptions.

    Refund policy applies in cases of withdrawal from the program:

    • Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund after deducting administrative charges of ₹2000.
    • Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund of tuition fee (excluding hostel charges) minus ₹5000.
    • Withdrawal After Completion of Academic Year: No refunds are provided unless exceptional circumstances are approved by the administration.
