SOR rooms come with private bathrooms, while DOR and TOR share common facilities. All rooms are equipped with basic furniture, internet connectivity, and security systems.

Mess charges vary based on room type and meal plan options. Monthly mess bills are calculated based on actual consumption, with monthly adjustments made after the end of each billing cycle. Students can opt for daily or weekly meal plans depending on their convenience.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides financial assistance through various scholarship schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver on tuition fees for students belonging to these categories.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): 25% reduction in tuition fees.

Additional scholarships are available based on academic excellence, leadership roles, and community service. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and proof of residence.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must make payments within the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty fee of 5% per month on outstanding balances. Payment modes include online banking, credit/debit cards, NEFT, RTGS, and cash deposits at designated banks.

If students withdraw from the program before completion, refunds are processed according to the university's refund policy. Refunds are calculated after deducting administrative charges and penalties. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documents.
