    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    • Semester Registration Fee: Due within 10 days of semester commencement.
    • Hostel Rent: Due by the first week of the month.

    Late Fee Calculation:

    • One Week Late: INR 500 per day
    • Two Weeks Late: INR 1000 per day
    • More Than Two Weeks Late: INR 2000 per day

    Refund Policy:

    • Withdrawal Before Semester Start: Full refund minus processing fees of INR 1000.
    • Withdrawal During Semester: Refund calculated after deducting tuition fees for the portion completed, hostel rent, and other charges.
    • Transfer Out: Refund upon submission of transfer certificate and verification by the university authorities.
