    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel categories to accommodate varying preferences and budgets:

    • AC Single Occupancy Room: ₹80000 per semester with private bathroom and Wi-Fi access.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family composition. Applications must be submitted through the university portal along with supporting documents like caste certificates, income proofs, and Aadhaar cards. The selection committee reviews applications annually to ensure fair distribution of benefits.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid within 10 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is made. Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, NEFT/RTGS, or cash deposits at designated bank branches.

    • Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of ₹2000.
    • Withdrawal after 15 days but before 30 days: 70% refund with no administrative charges.
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is processed.

Refunds are typically credited back to the student's account within 30 working days. In exceptional cases involving disputes or incomplete documentation, processing time may extend up to 60 days.
