Fee Structure Overview

Hostel Rent: Accommodation in university-hosted hostels is provided for all students. Hostel rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity. The rent includes utilities like electricity, water supply, and maintenance.

Mess Advance: Students are required to pay a mess advance at the beginning of each semester. This amount is adjusted based on actual consumption during the term. The mess facility offers nutritious meals with a variety of vegetarian options.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributions to this fund support students facing financial hardships, scholarships for meritorious candidates, and cultural activities within the campus.

Medical Fees: This fee covers access to on-campus medical facilities, including consultations with doctors and emergency care. Students are encouraged to maintain regular health check-ups.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities such as sports, cultural events, workshops, and seminars organized by the student council.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university maintains multiple hostel facilities for students, ensuring comfort and safety. Hostels are categorized into different types based on room configurations and amenities:

• Single Occupancy Rooms: Private rooms with attached bathrooms and internet connectivity.
• Double Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms with common bathroom facilities and basic amenities.
• Triple Occupancy Rooms: Shared rooms with shared bathroom facilities for three students.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are billed based on their actual consumption during the month, which is deducted from their mess advance balance. Rebate policies apply to students who have not consumed meals regularly or due to medical reasons.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial aid options for deserving students:

• Merit-Based Scholarships: Students scoring above 90% in their qualifying examination are eligible for partial fee waivers.
• Need-Based Assistance: Financial assistance is provided to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, with income slabs defined by government guidelines.
• Reservation Category Benefits: SC/ST/PwD and EWS candidates receive concessions on fees as per the reservation policy.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund is processed if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission.
• 70% refund is issued if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days after admission.
• No refund is granted after 30 days of admission.

The university ensures timely processing of refunds, with a maximum period of 30 working days for settlement. Students must submit a formal request along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
