The application process for scholarships requires submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and academic records. The university evaluates applications based on merit and financial need.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Full refund is processed if withdrawal occurs within 15 days of admission.
    • 70% refund is issued if withdrawal occurs between 16-30 days after admission.
    • No refund is granted after 30 days of admission.

The university ensures timely processing of refunds, with a maximum period of 30 working days for settlement. Students must submit a formal request along with necessary documentation to initiate the refund process.
