    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fee payments must be made through net banking or NEFT transfer to the designated bank account of The Global Open University Dimapur. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applied for overdue payments.

    Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on the outstanding amount, with a maximum cap of INR 5000. Students are advised to make timely payments to avoid penalties and maintain their academic standing.

    The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program during the academic year. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any applicable late fees. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation and approval from the administration.
