    Fee Components Explanation

Each component of the fee structure serves a specific purpose in ensuring quality education and student welfare:

    Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers instruction, academic resources, access to libraries, laboratories, and other educational facilities. It represents the primary cost for acquiring knowledge and skills through formal academic instruction.

    Hostel Rent

Hostel rent provides accommodation for students who choose to live on campus. The university offers various room types with different amenities to accommodate diverse preferences and budgets.

    Mess Advance

The mess advance covers the cost of meals provided through the university's cafeteria system. Students are required to pay an advance amount that is adjusted against their actual consumption during the semester.

    Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students in need, including those facing financial difficulties or emergency situations. It ensures that no student is deprived of education due to financial constraints.

    Medical Fees

Medical fees cover access to healthcare services provided on campus, including consultations, basic treatments, and emergency medical care for students.

    Gymkhana Fees

The gymkhana fees support the maintenance and development of sports facilities, recreational activities, and physical fitness programs that contribute to holistic student development.

    Examination Fees

These fees cover the costs associated with conducting examinations, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.
