    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • Semi-Detached Room (2-occupancy): Shared room with two students, equipped with a bed, study table, chair, and wardrobe.
    • Dormitory Room (4-occupancy): Shared room with four students, providing basic amenities for comfort and convenience.
    • Private Room: Individual room for one student, offering maximum privacy and personal space.

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students are required to pay an advance amount for their meals, which is adjusted at the end of the month based on actual consumption.     Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university provides several financial assistance programs to ensure that deserving students can pursue their education without financial constraints:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver. The eligibility is determined based on the income certificate and other relevant documents.
    • EWS Category: Students from Economically Weaker Sections are eligible for a 50% fee concession. The income limit for this category is Rs. 8 lakh per annum.
    • MCM (Minority Community): Students from minority communities receive a 25% fee concession. This concession is available to students studying in government-recognized minority institutions.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students are required to make payments for fees within the specified deadlines. Late payment incurs a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day, which is calculated from the due date until the payment is received.

    The university offers flexible payment options, including online banking, credit/debit cards, and NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students can also make payments through the university's mobile app.

    In case of withdrawal or discontinuation of studies, the refund policy applies as per the university's guidelines:

    • Refunds are processed within 30 days of the application for withdrawal.
    • For students who withdraw before completing one semester, 50% of the fees paid is refunded.
    • For students who withdraw after completing one semester but before the end of the academic year, 25% of the fees is refunded.
    • No refund is processed for students who withdraw during the academic year without proper notice.
