    Rebate Policies:

    • Students who leave the hostel during the semester receive a pro-rata refund of hostel rent

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Refund Rules:

    • Refunds are processed within 15 working days of receiving a withdrawal application
    • Students who withdraw from the program before completing one semester receive 50% refund of paid fees
    • Students who complete one semester but withdraw in the second semester receive 30% refund of fees
    • Students who complete more than two semesters are not eligible for refunds
