    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments are made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the college account. Late payments incur a penalty of 500 INR per day until cleared.

    Refunds are processed within 15 working days after submission of the withdrawal application and necessary documentation. Students must provide a detailed reason for withdrawal, and refunds are subject to approval by the principal.

    The refund policy also applies to overpayments or duplicate charges, ensuring transparency in financial transactions.
