    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Mess charges are calculated monthly and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rebates are available for students with attendance below 80%.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The college offers several financial assistance options based on income slabs:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial concession in hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition and full concession in hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% concession in all fees.

    Application for scholarships must be submitted annually through the official portal with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. The deadline for fee payment is the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500/day beyond the due date.

    In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the following rules:

    • Within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
    • Between 16-30 days: 70% refund with administrative deductions.
    • Above 30 days: No refund unless justified by compelling circumstances.
