    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Withdrawal before 30 days of admission: 100% refund
    • Withdrawal between 30-60 days of admission: 80% refund
    • Withdrawal after 60 days of admission: No refund

    The refund process is initiated within 30 days of the withdrawal request, subject to verification of documents and compliance with university policies.
