    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • EWS Category: Students with annual family income below ₹8 lakh receive a 25% waiver in tuition fees and full waiver for hostel charges. Income slabs for eligibility are:
      • Up to ₹4 lakh: 50% concession
      • ₹4-6 lakh: 25% concession
    • MCM Category: Widows, divorced women, and single mothers receive a 50% waiver in tuition fees and full waiver for hostel charges.

    To apply for these benefits, students must submit supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and family income declarations through the official portal. The application process opens in the first week of July each year.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to ensure uninterrupted enrollment and access to academic services. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the due date:

    • Payment Deadlines: Semesters start in July, with payment due by the last week of the first month.
    • Refund Rules: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program, subject to deductions for administrative charges and unutilized services. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documentation.

    The university ensures secure payment gateways and accepts payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, and NEFT transfers. All transactions are logged and verified by the finance department to maintain transparency and accountability.
