    Entrance Examination

Admission to the program is primarily based on performance in the JEE Advanced or JEE Main examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates must have appeared for either of these exams and obtained valid scores. The university reserves the right to conduct an additional internal entrance test if deemed necessary.

    Selection Process

The selection process follows a two-step approach:

    1. Merit List Preparation: Based on JEE scores, candidates are ranked within each category. The merit list is prepared according to the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Class 12th).
    2. Seat Allocation: Seats are allocated based on merit and category-wise reservation policy. Candidates can choose their preferred program during the counseling session.

    Counseling Procedure

The university conducts a centralized counseling process involving multiple rounds of seat allocation. During each round, candidates must log in to the official portal and fill in their preferences for programs and colleges based on their ranks and category.

    Key points during counseling:

    • Candidates are advised to carefully study the previous year's rank lists before filling choices.
    • Preference order determines the allocation of seats, with higher-ranked candidates getting priority.
    • Final seat acceptance must be completed within the specified time frame; otherwise, the seat may be offered to another candidate.
    • Candidates can modify their choices until the last round of counseling.
