    Mess charges are calculated monthly based on the number of meals consumed and vary between Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 12,000 per month depending on room type and meal plan selected.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee with partial concession on hostel charges (up to 50%).
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full waiver on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): 100% waiver on tuition fee for top performers in qualifying exams.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students can make payments through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable beyond the specified dates.

    In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy stipulates a deduction of 10% processing fee and recovery of any outstanding dues before issuing the refund amount.
